SWIM ADVENTURE
Swim Adventure is a small, friendly neighborhood swim school located in the hills of Tarzana, offering private lessons in a fun, safe and, inclusive 90 degree warm salt water private home pool. We also offer classes where the adventure comes to your pool! Our two-week daily immersion program accelerates water safety and swimming skills consisting of three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Stroke Intro ensuring personalized progress. Misson
Our mission is to teach kids water safety skills and how to swim using proper technique in a timely manner and ultimately preparing them for a competitive swim team. Through our two week daily immersion program, we strive in providing the highest and best quality lessons, using the most fun, efficient and effective methods of teaching.
Private Lessons
A session consists of 10 classes that are 30 minutes long over a 2 week period with classes from Monday- Friday. Classes can have up to 3 kids in them and you are more than welcome to create your own group!
Let your child explore the joy of swimming and gain confidence in the water! The Beginner level introduces the Basic Swimming & Water Safety skills. By the end of the level your child will typically begin swimming short distances to instructors as well as learning how to jump in and climb out of the water using the wall. Students will also learn how to properly hold their breath and float and will start diving to the bottom of the pool to retrieve toys with the assistance of an instructor.
Intermediate
With Basic Swimming & Water Safety skills down, the Intermediate level has a primary focus on students swimming more independently. Swimmers will start developing technique and refining swim strokes. By the end of the level swimmers will be able to swim longer distances and dive down to retrieve toys by themselves, by this stage in your child's swim journey they will be more than both comfortable and confident in the water, ready to learn the fundamental strokes.
Beginner
Stroke Intro
Stroke Intro is the most advanced level, introducing the 4 fundamental kinds of strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke & Butterfly.) Students will also learn how to use and swim with fins which will help them get more powerful kicks. After mastering and completing this program swimmers will be prepared and ready to join a competitive swim team.

LIFEGUARDS
Drowning is the leading cause of death in children ages 1-4. Our lifeguards are CPR & First Aid certified ensuring the safety of every swimmer in and around the water. With highly trained and experienced lifeguards, hiring a lifeguard for your event will give you peace, safety and protection. Please note that one lifeguard is required per every 1-25 swimmers.
